As a board member for more than 15 years, I endorse Steward Property Services. Steward is honest, ethical and has a good group of vendors to recommend for projects. Our property manager is always kind and courteous even in the face of irate owners who are experiencing a property emergency. As a board member I know all the elements that our property manager juggles and it is not easy. Vendors don’t respond timely or the board needs to agree on what is the HOA portion versus the owner’s portion of a project. Property management is not easy and Steward balances the issues well.
